How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Wordskim Remodeling wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what we do afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- How things went when you called or contacted Wordskim Remodeling
- The way we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project hits a snag, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Wordskim Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Us Your Complaint
Email contact@wordskim.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean reaching out to the provider. Once we know more, we will tell you what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
